Words of wisdom: A wise man once said, “We might have chicken today, but feathers tomorrow.” This was talking about the up and down business that we are in, and this remark was made in the 70′s. Don’t think things have changed a lot.
What kind of TV do you have in your living room? Samsung 55″ LED
Favorite TV show or movie? Anchorman (Chris’ note: This is probably one of the most often quoted movies in the Customer Service Department. My favorite lines: “60% percent of the time, it works every time.” or “Brick killed a guy!” Tough call.)
What sets you apart from other TV repair techs? Customer Service. That is first and foremost in our business model. We think that it gets passed over so easily when you don’t feel like the warranty companies are paying like they used to. But the business that we have chosen, is up and down with the changes in technology. It’s kind of like a salmon fighting upstream. We think that instead of swimming upstream fighting against the current, we need to embrace the flow of technology and stop fighting it.
