ShopJimmy Returns Policy
ALL RETURNS
● All items must be packed in the original bags and boxes.
● Sticker labels must be in their proper locations.
● Please call (952) 881-6492 or email returns@shopjimmy.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA Number) before returning any items.
● RMA Number must be visible on the OUTSIDE of the package. If RMA Number is not visible on the outside of the package, ShopJimmy Shipping Department will refuse the package, and it will be returned to sender at the expense of the sender.
.NEW / UNUSED RETURNS
We will take back any new or unused purchase over $25 (listed price). Please contact us before returning your purchase, so that we may issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA Number). Returned orders will NOT be processed without a valid RMA Number. New/Unused purchases can be sent back to us at purchaser's expense for a refund minus the initial shipping charge on the purchase. All new/unused returns are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. RMA Numbers for new/unused parts are available for 14 calendar days after the date of delivery.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
All parts are pulled from working units. The buyer is protected against dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts and all items carry a 90-day warranty. DOA RMA requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If the part works when installed, but fails within 90 days, the buyer must file a warranty claim. ShopJimmy will provide a replacement part in the case of a DOA or warranty claim, or a full refund only if a replacement is not available. If you are having trouble with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA Number) and work with you to resolve the issue. Restocking Fees do not apply to DOA/Warranty Returns.
For security purposes, all of our items are marked with a unique identifier. All items returned to ShopJimmy will be visually inspected for identifying markings. If a qualifying, ID-marking(s) IS NOT present on the item, the Return Claim/RMA# will be denied. All denials are sent via email from the ShopJimmy Returns Department, and all appeals must be initiated via email with the ShopJimmy Returns Department.
