You might be wondering why you were redirected to a page on ShopJimmy.com. On April 21, 2011, we decided to absorb ShopJimmy UK into our North American operations in Minnesota. After ample consideration, we feel we can better cater to the international TV spare parts community from here, where we have more resources and a much larger inventory. We want to recognize and thank all of those who helped us learn and grow in the UK. We made some great friends and customers! What does this mean for international customers searching for TV spare parts?

Well, you just "stumbled upon" a great source for all of your TV spare parts needs. We will be transitioning all of our UK inventory to our ShopJimmy.com inventory in the next few weeks, which means we'll soon have over 200,000 TV spare parts to offer and ship globally. We've also worked very hard to establish the best customer service in the industry -- it's been our highest priority since we launched ShopJimmy.com in 2007.

ShopJimmy UK Returns

We will honor New/Unused and Defective Returns within their respective warranty periods. All ShopJimmy UK returns still need to be sent to our ShopJimmy UK location, where we will have staff present until our Defective Warranty period ends. All Returns

● All items must be packed in the original bags and boxes.

● Sticker labels must be in their proper locations.

● Please email returns@shopjimmy.co.uk to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA Number) before returning any items.

● RMA Number must visible on the OUTSIDE of the package. If RMA Number is not visible on the outside of the package, ShopJimmy Shipping Department will refuse the package, and it will be returned to sender at the expense of the sender.

New / Unused Returns

We will take back any new or unused purchase over £25 (listed price). Please email us (returns@shopjimmy.co.uk) before returning your purchase, so that we may issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA Number). Returned orders will NOT be processed without a valid RMA Number. Our returns timeline is as follows:

Order date to Delivery date: You may cancel your order via an RMA email request. Please include the order number and the reason for canceling your order. We will refund your order minus original shipping charges. There are no restocking fees on canceled orders.

Up to 7 calendar days after Delivery date: You may return your order via an RMA email request. Please include the order number and the reason for return. We will refund your order amount minus original shipping charges. There are no restocking fees on returned orders initiated via email before 7 days past the order's delivery date.

7 to 30 calendar days after Delivery date: You may return your order via an RMA email request. Please include the order number and the reason for return. We will refund your order amount minus original shipping cost, and returns made 7-30 calendar days of date of delivery may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%.

30+ calendar days after Delivery date: We no longer accept returns after 30 days past the delivery date of your order.

Remember: all potential canceled and returned orders must be initiated via email to returns@shopjimmy.co.uk. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Defective Returns

All parts are pulled from working units. The buyer is protected against dead-on-arrival (DOA) parts and all items carry a 90-day warranty. DOA RMA requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. If the part works when installed, but fails within 90 days, the buyer must file a warranty claim. ShopJimmy will provide a replacement part in the case of a DOA or warranty claim, or a full refund only if a replacement is not available. If you are having trouble with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA Number) and work with you to resolve the issue. Restocking Fees do not apply to DOA/Warranty Returns.

For security purposes, all of our items are marked with a unique identifier. All items returned to ShopJimmy will be visually inspected for identifying markings. If a qualifying, ID-marking(s) IS NOT present on the item, the Return Claim/RMA# will be denied. All denials are sent via email from the ShopJimmy Returns Department, and all appeals must be initiated via email with the ShopJimmy Returns Department.
