Acquiring this protection insures your investment in our product for the full warranty term from the date of your purchase.

If for any reason your item fails during this period, we will replace it at no charge to you. In the event that we do not have a replacement or repair available, we will offer you ShopJimmy Store Credit (the cost of your item + $10) toward a future purchase. Otherwise, we will refund you the cost of your item (excluding any shipping charges). If your item fails during its normal warranty period (not extended), we will refund you the cost of your warranty.

Please contact our Returns Department if you wish to redeem this Warranty. You will need to provide them with your original ShopJimmy Order Number. All Warranty Claims will be tested to confirm that a failure has occurred. This Warranty does not include any physical damage or breakage to your item due to causes outside normal use.
