What is an Y-sustain board?

Y-sustain boards are found in plasma TVs and drive all of the Y-axis video signals coming from the logic board to your TV screen.

Which symptoms does an Y-sustain board fix in a TV?

•  If your TV has has no video, then the Y-sustain could be bad.

•  If your TV doesn’t turn on, then the Y-sustain could be bad.
