Y-sustain boards are found in plasma TVs and drive all of the Y-axis video signals coming from the logic board to your TV screen.
• If your TV has has no video, then the Y-sustain could be bad.
• If your TV doesn’t turn on, then the Y-sustain could be bad.

While replacing the Y-sustain board is pretty easy, you’ll want to be mindful not to tear the flat ribbon cables when connecting/disconnecting the board.
